We are a DATA sustainable solution company serving the B2B and B2C markets. We strive to positively transform SME's, schools, individuals, and cities with DATA. Our products are developed to empower businesses, schools, and people with actionable DATA to make more informed decisions. Our solutions are affordable to ensure millions of people have access to the benefits of DATA. After 10 years of developing robust products, we're working to launch our new online solutions to keep up with the market's needs.

Our DATA is a blueprint of how an individual thinks, learns, and behaves. This set of DATA comes from a 25-minute questionnaire measuring hard-wired personality traits. The DATA describes how an individual's specific capabilities show up in a job, relationship, team setting, or leadership role. Learning about one's DATA is a positive experience. Awareness creates growth, confidence, and strengthens communication between people.

A common question is why is BestWork any different than other assessments. The differences are dramatic. BestWork is a disruptive innovation in that world. It is not just “better.” It represents an entirely new generation of assessment technology. The Basics
BestWork uses two psychometric instruments to collect the DATA, a cognitive instrument and a personality survey. Each represents the state of the art in that science, delivering accurate and reliable measurements of hard-wired personality traits and cognitive abilities. This is important to know, but it is not a reason to use BestWork.

Cognitive Abilities Are Included
Using any instrument that does not measure how people think, learn and process information is like buying a car without knowing anything about the engine. Some jobs require slow and careful learning, while others require faster processing speeds. This is a common cause of performance problems and turnover.

Easy to Use Without Special Training
Although BestWork uses highly sophisticated psychometric instruments, the reports are easily understood without the need for specialized training or interpretation by experts.

Easy to Start
There is no need to build profiles for jobs. BestWork uses a unique reporting format that enables you to clearly understand the specific strengths and weaknesses of each candidate without needing to refer to a separate reference point.

Descriptions of Specific Job Behaviors
Every job is made up of individual job behaviors. Some of these are critical to success in that job (e.g. Closing sales in a persuasive sales role, or Working with detailed information for a financial job). BestWork’s ability to determine if the candidate can deliver those critical job behaviors enables a user to effectively screen out those candidates that cannot. Similarly, the first step in solving a performance problem is to see if the person has the necessary job behaviors.

Follows the Lifecycle of the Employee
DATA contributes to decisions throughout the lifecycle of the employee. It clarifies training needs, verifies career path decisions, matches their strengths to projects, aids in collaboration and communication with co- workers and gives managers key information on directing their performance.

Connects with Everyday Business Processes
Anything that involves the thinking, learning or behavior of people in the enterprise can be enhanced with DATA-based decisions. DATA is essentially an operating system for human resources. It answers the questions asked by managers and supervisors everyday.

Enables Team Engineering
DATA allows managers to engineer teams with the strengths and abilities needed for a specific type of project. DATA shows each team member how to communicate and interact with every other team member specifically on a personal level, not just with generalized personality types. Specific Job Reports
The BestWork Core Program includes Sales, Management, Financial, Administration, IT, Project Manager, Marketing and Customer Service. Each of these is written specifically for that job. There are over fifty other Job Reports that can be added to a client’s report menu, and custom jobs are readily available.

​Pricing for the Digital World
The high prices of most assessments are baffling, often being $150 or more for each use. BestWork DATA’s unlimited annual usage license allows clients to use it with all applicants and all employees. A typical client’s cost per use is less than $5.​
