Easily screen out candidates using our Quick Screen Charts.

Use the Job Reports to take a deeper look at job fit. This is also the time where you can consider their unique experience and skills. You can also use this report with the Quick Screen Chart.

Use our behavioral-based Interview Questions specific to the job you're hiring for.

Once you've selected your new hire, you can personalize their onboarding process by looking at their Training Guide, Onboarding Keys, and Working with Me reports to create a smooth transition when joining your company.

A Job Strengths Report is automatically given to a candidate or team member when they complete the BestWork Experience.

Foster more effective communication & collaboration with your team using our Communication Characteristics, Communication Self-Coach, and Collaboration Keys. Use our Communication Troubleshooter to solve any communication issues.

To create more effective communication between managers and team members, you can provide a My Manager report and a Manage Me report. It creates an opportunity for personal awareness and synergy between everyone.

Our Team Engineering tool is a great way to view two team members or a team and a manager. It's especially helpful when diagnosing communication mishaps.

Map out career paths using our Career Path Snapshot and Primary Job Identifier. You can use the Job Fit reports as well.

Lastly, use our Remote Working reports to identify the strengths and challenges a team member might have and how to best manage them.

The Details

Your License

A license covers the number of people in your company plus an unlimited amount of candidates that apply for your jobs. We want you to be able to test as many candidates without worrying about the cost.

DATA Access

As long as you have an active license, you have access to your company's DATA. If you decide to cancel, we archive your DATA so if you choose to reactivate your account, your DATA will not be lost.

Personalized Platform

You will have a personalized landing page with your logo and a specific link with pre-written invitation email templates available to send to candidates.

Training & 24/7 Support

You have access to articles, BestWork guides, and monthly online trainings. You are also welcome to schedule a call with your Client Success Manager if you have questions that come up.
